Operations Control Assistant
Operations Control Assistant
- have a Bachelor's / College degree with a business emphasis, Accounting, Administration, etc.
- have at least 2 years work experience in operations control or audit in commercial buildings, shopping centers, hotels and sports / entertainment facilities.
- be computer literate, good knowledge of basic audit principle and tools.
- have good communication and execution skills and strict and high compliance quotient.

Mall Engineers
- have a Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical).
- have a technical experience of at least 6 months to 1 year for assistant positions, 3 years for supervisroy positions and 5 years for managerial positions (proven record in leading large projects and managing a team of engineers / technicians) in Project and Property Management and Process, Operations and Quality Control.
- experience in property, operations and facilities management especially in commercial and residential buildings, shopping centers, hotels and sports / entertainment facilities will be highly advantageous.
- have good communication and execution skills and strict and high compliance quotient.
- be willing to work in any of the following locations: Pampanga (San Fernando), Bulacan (Guiguinto, Sta. Maria), NCR (Bicutan, North EDSA, Q.C., Sucat), Cavite (Carmona, Dasmariñas, Trece Martires), Laguna (Calamba, Makiling, Sta. Rosa) and Batangas (Tanauan).

Mall Administrators
- have a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- have experience in property, operations and facilities management especially in commercial buildings, shopping centers, hotels and sports / entertainment facilities.
- have work experience of at least 6 months to 1 year for assistant positions, 3 years for supervisory positions and 5 years for managerial positions.
- have above average coordination, interpersonal, communication, customer service and administrative support skills.
- be willing to work on a 6-day work week and shifting schedule.
- be willing to work in any of the following locations: Nueva Ecija (Gapan), Pampanga (San Fernando), Bulacan (Plaridel, Sta. Maria), NCR (Bicutan), Cavite (Carmona, Dasmariñas), Laguna (Calamba, Makiling) and Batangas (Tanauan).

- Knowledgeable in materials management or financial system.
- With good communication, negotiation and time management skills.
- Good at planning and execution of tasks, proactive, highly organizational and problem solving skills.
- Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Accounting Assistant
Accounting Assistant
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- With at least one (1) year work related experience in retail.
- Must be analytical, computer literate.
- With knowledge and experience in using JDA,MMS, and WinDSS is an advantage.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably Business Administration,
Management / Finance / Accountancy / Human Resources Management / Mass Communication
/ Information Technology / Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
Not more than 30 years old, must have pleasing & assertive personality.
